Mechanics:

1. This incentive program, which awards cash to qualifiers, comes in 2 parts:  1) qualifying for the downpayment assistance, and 2) qualifying for the installment assistance.

Downpayment assistance:

To qualify for the downpayment assistance, the paid-rank ruby, pearl, diamond, or crown diamond manager needs to achieve 5,000pgbv per month for 9 consecutive months, or any 10 months from October 2011 to September 2012.

Installment assistance:

This part is open only to those who qualify for the downpayment assistance during the incentive period of October 2011 to September 2012.  To qualify for the monthly installment assistance, the paid-rank qualifying ruby manager and above needs to achieve 5,000pgbv per month for the next 12 months (October 2012 to September 2013). The monthly installment assistance is forfeited during the months that: 1) the ruby manager and above fails to qualify for the position, or 2) the ruby manager and above fails to meet the 5,000pgbv requirement.
